A mix of years in IT Enabled industry, IT and in non-IT (primarily MNCs), has given her a 360-degree exposure in the L & D – HR space. Her career has encompassed the entire gamut of a Learning & Capability building role across varied industries, which includes Training need analysis, Developing Skill matrix & competency mapping, Organizational Development Consulting, Design, Develop & Create Behavioural training content, Delivery of various behavioural training programs to junior, mid- level & senior employees, Leadership development workshops & quite a few Organisational development interventions.
Being a Certified Learning & Development professional, she enjoys supporting people in their development through quality training, coaching and inspiring people to do their best and step out of their perceived limits. Her passion towards leaving a positive impact & bring in positive behaviour changes in learners has made her to be on par with current learning trends & techniques.
